If none of our ready-made packages fulfills your particular needs, our Tahiti specialists will gladly create a custom itinerary for your dream vacation or honeymoon.  We offer discounted rates and fares below airlines and resort rates and we will try to match or better any competitor's quote.  Of course, our expertise and superior service will remain unmatched.

For the budget minded, please note that TahitiTravel's ready-made packages are the best value, and that the cost of a custom package with similar features will be a little higher than a ready-made package.

If you already have your international air or can get it through frequent flyer miles, we'll be glad to give you a customized land package inclusive of accommodation and transfers.

If you chose to book your hotels and airlines directly, be aware that published rates are not wholesale and do not include taxes. You will also need to secure your inter-island air and transfers separately, and this can be difficult.

 - We are a California registered travel agency, which guarantees you all the protection afforded by State and Federal Laws and Regulations.

 - Be aware that US citizens who book arrangements with a foreign or Tahiti-based travel agency have no legal recourse in case of a problem.

Below are some general guidelines for an optimal itinerary:

When possible, spend no less than 3 nights in any island (except Tahiti), and preferably not more than a week in any island.

- Bora Bora and Moorea are the first choices.

- Huahine and Tahaa are an excellent second or third choice.

- For something different and exciting, visit the atolls of Rangiroa, Manihi or Tikehau.

- Tahiti island is worth seeing for a day or 2, but not more.  In many cases, you will need to stay in Tahiti 1 night upon arrival due to inter-island air schedule.

Air Travel and Transfers
We offer discounted airfares on all the carriers to Tahiti, but no US domestic fares.

We will design your itinerary with the most convenient airline/flight from Los Angeles/JFK to Tahiti to suit your travel dates and itinerary.

All inter islands flights will be included, as well as meet and greet service and all transfers to and from hotels, ferries and airports. We have a local agent/representative in all the islands to provide transfers and help in case of a problem or change of plans.

Your TahitiTravel package will include all taxes, accommodation, transfers and flights, contact info and flight bags. We can also provide meal plans, travel insurance and many excursions at a good rate.

Meals:
We usually recommend meals plans (breakfast and dinner) for at least 1/2 of your stay in any island. Some islands have few or no restaurants outside the hotel (Rangiroa, Manihi, Tahaa, Vahine Island, Huahine), and some have a few restaurants spread around the island (Moorea and Bora Bora). Where there are no restaurants outside the hotel, meal plans are recommended.

In Moorea and Bora Bora most restaurants will pick you up for a charge. It gets dark at about 6:30 p.m. and walking miles on dark roads is no fun.

Dinner on the meal plan will be the menu of the day, with a choice of starters and entrees, with the options of choosing other dishes. Always a good value.

Excursions:
There are "must do" excursions such as the shark feeding, a 4x4 safari in Bora Bora, Moorea and Huahine, diving, or lagoon excursions. We can arrange all these for you at a cost usually lower than what you would pay in the islands. Please see the "Excursions" page for prices and details.
