Interesting to see that Le Taha'a webcam and resort is no longer listed on the SPM and Pearl websites. Wonder what's going on there?

FHP (Financi?re H?teli?re Polyn?sienne) will manage le Taha'a as per 1st jan 2011 as SPM's contract came to an end.

FHP is the major shareholder of the following hotels that she manages directly:

- Le Taha?a Island Resort & Spa (Relais & Ch?teaux)
- Hiva Oa Hanakee Pearl Lodge (Iles Marquises)
- Nuku Hiva Keikahanui Pearl Lodge (Iles Marquises)

And of the following hotels managed directly by South Pacific Management :

- Bora Bora Pearl Beach Resort
- Manihi Pearl Beach Resort (Archipel des Tuamotus)
- Tikehau Pearl Beach Resort (Archipel des Tuamotus)

Owner of the brand Pearl Beach and Pearl Resort & Spa, FHP has agreed to have the Moorea Pearl Beach Resort use as a franchise the name Pearl Resort & Spa.

FHP's shareholders are: Air Tahiti (27%), Banque Socredo (18.5%), Caisse de Pr?voyance Sociale (11.7%), Banque de Tahiti (10.7%), groupe Moana Nui (28%).

Anything else you'd want to know?????????? LOLOL

Thanks P, very interesting, we knew something was up at Le Tahaa when we were there in November last year, it just wasn't the same and now this explains everything.

So SPM is still managing Hilton BB and Hilton Moorea?

Also, do you have an email address (local) for anyone at Four Seasons BB for us?? Thanking you very much in advance:)

I think you'll agree with me that le Taha'a is above the Pearl league so to speak... they're going to focus on that and work on increasing their standard and quality level.

SPM still manages Hilton, yes.

What kind of contact are you looking for at FS?

You are so efficient P!! We are looking for a local email address over there re a question regarding our potential booking for December 2011. I have been trying to fax them but I can't get anything through.

So basically any "local" email address for manager/concierge/reservation person etc would be greatly appreciated (we know their reservation system goes through LA but I want to talk to someone there first:)
