Hi again -
This will be our 3rd trip on the TP. You will absolutely love Rarotonga & Huahine. Make sure you book Marc's tour on Huahine before he is full. It is the highlight of the trip.
On Raro, we rent scooters and ride around the island, stopping to snorkel and visit our favorite spots - it is also the best place to shop on the whole trip.
Hopefully, lots of other people will find us and join our discussion group. We met some really wonderful people last year and had a blast.

TahitiTravel offers excellent deals for cruising the magnificent lagoons of French Polynesia.
We highly recommend the Bora Bora Cruises for luxurious intimacy (actually a v.good value compared to the cost of a stay at a 5 star resort) or the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Paul Gaugin for a deluxe but more traditional cruise experience.

Thanks for the tips regarding Rarotonga & Huahine.
I was already planning on renting scooters on Rarotonga, I suppose I should firm up a reservation in advance?
I'm very anxious to get this vacation started!

we are doing the tp, june 22; pre-cruise on tahiti(I thhink) and moorea; we had originally booked the pg, but the price was a bit too much for us-
