what is Snorkeling excursion?

I thought we can snorkel at our resort area.
What exactly is the this excursion included?
Could i snorkel at different area besides the resort i stay? or i am limited to swim at the resort area where i stay?

Which resort are you staying at? For the most part, there is good snorkeling by the resorts, but there will be trips to coral reefs, etc. for some better snorkeling

one of our "pre-booked" excursions was the "snorkeling safari". It was allright...they took you to this great spot to snorkel, and you got to feed the rays there and stuff...
but...IMHO, our other excursions were more "worthwhile" and we actually did pretty much everything we did on this excursion on our Full Day lagoon cruise/ray feeding excursion....which was absolutely amazing, and a "must-do"
