Maco's computer is broken, therefore he didn't answer my email, nor can I post it here (not yet, anyway). He said to just have the hotel call his home number (which they have) for reservations for his excursion. Voila!

Contact Sofitel Ia Ora. They often use Maco's Tour for Shark and Ray feeding/Motu Picnic.

Maco's got his computer back on-line, he gave me permission to post it here: mooreablue@mail.pf. You can email him for tours or whatever.

Who, what is MACO? And what kind of tours does he do? And is he better than Albert tours? And can we set something up before we go?
Thanks, kelly belly

According to the way he signed his last email to me, he is the Last Wild Savage of Moorea! LOL Maco is a wonderful guy who has a shark/ray feeding tour along with a motu picnic. He and his crew are VERY entertaining and fun. Depending on when you're going he, personally, won't be there the first week of September. He'll be in California. You can email him and set something up ahead of time. You won't regret going with Maco's tours.

Definitely do the tour with Maco, he is a wild funny guy. Thing is, you never know whether to believe anything he says. Like, I asked him if he had ever been to Europe or North America and he all but said he would NEVER EVER go there, now I read he's going to CA. His tour is great and his whole crew/schtick is really funny. There was a very liberated Chilean woman (think the "Donatella" skit from SNL) with her daughters on our boat and all hell broke loose. I thought this was the best excursion on our trip to FP other than SCUBA diving.
