Loc: Rocklin, CA 		Thanks for the encouragement! I think it is going to be a great race. I did Florida last year. Gotta love those flat courses! Now Lake Placid, that is a different story. I haven't built up the courage to take that one on yet!

Thanks again for the swim location tips. I am looking forward to trying them out. Hopefully I will get my own armed escort.

You have to be a little flattered by the remora. Heck, he thought you were fast enough to latch on to. Now that is impressive!

Loc: Los Angeles, CA 		You wont be able to run from Le Meridien to Eden Beach - No Beach and they are doing the construction next to the Le Meridien of the new Beachcomber. You maybe able to run on the ocean side but it not a beach or smooth at all.

Loc: New Market, MD 		...actually I did run the Motu...

on the Ocean side...

It was like a trail run...lots of crushed coral...but certainly managable.

I ran from the property to the tip of the Motu and back...I estimate is to be about 2.5 each way...maybe a little less or more...but it worked out very well...great views of the shore line and even some of the new construction on the new beachcomber.
