It sounds like they have changed the experience. When I last went about a year and half you did not do anything but go to the Lagoonarium which right across from the Le Meridien jump in a fenced off area and float about 200 yards while sharks swam next do you below you and all over. You dont really have a "touch pool" but you can smim down and try to touch them as they swim around you. You could add a coral garden snorkel trip but that was it. Maybe they lost too many tourists so they had to change it. It was fun thou and you did actually swim with them.
