My wife and I will be spending our anniversary in FP!! Just 2 more weeks from today!
March 24th: explore LA (Tahiti night flight)
March 25th - 27th: Le Meridien, Tahiti
March 27th - 30th: Pearl Resorts, Moorea
March 31st - re-explore LA
April 1st - Back to the east coast

Dean-
My friend and I are traveling the same time you are, probably the same special deal. We're coming from DC. Kind of close on the airline transfer, but did it once before going to New Zealand and we didn't have any problems. Just bring carry on items. You are staying at the hotels we were supposed to have been staying at, oh well.
Anyway, we'll be arriving in Tahiti late on the 25th, all day on the 26th and up until 4:30 on the 27th.... We'll be staying at the Sofitel.
Moorea for the next 4 days. We'll be at the Sofitel here as well.
We plan to go on a lagoon excursion with Albert Transport on Sunday, Safari Tour Monday morning and I am diving Monday afternoon/ Tuesday morning.
IF you would like to have a meal together let us know. We are looking to eat reasonably as we can, but we're not there for the expensive cuisine. We're OK with a grocery store meal on the beach....
Hope to hear from you, a week to go! This is our first trip to FP.
