My wife and I are staying at the moorea village from feb 12 to feb 23. If any body would like to meet for a drink or maybe a dinner please contact us we are in our early 40's and from canada

Hi Robert,
We had planned on two nights in Moorea, but our plans have changed. We bid on, and won, a 5 night overwater bungalow stay on Huahine. We are now going to Huahine for 5 days, then Rangiroa for 7. Sorry we won't be able to meet for drinks. Have a great trip, and look forward to your report. 5 weeks to go! (how is your snow......?)

It's to bad we can't meet but sounds like you got a good deal on your bidding.It's cold around -25c and around 14 inches of snow on the ground. 80f in tahiti sounds pretty good right now. Have fun on your trip and post your trip report when you get back.

Will be on Moorea Feb 13-19. Will be traveling solo at this point of the trip and would welcome the company for drinks or dinner. Me-mid 40's out of Chicago,USA. will be staying at Camping Nelson next to the Club Med, no need for a 5 star when travelling alone. Ken

we have a beach bungalow at the MV on the same beach as you I believe we arrive from canada on the 12 of feb should be at the MV around 9 am maybe we could do drinks or something during the week.

What can you tell me about Camping Nelson ?
I'm interested in a trip to the islands,I haven't been to Moorea in over 25 years.
Also what airfare were you able to get ?
Me... 57 male from Rhode Island.

Know little of Camping Nelson, very reasonable rooms, good location, all i seem to need to know. Plan on putting a trip report up when I get back if your interested. Air fare was about $750 Rt from LAX but cheaper can be found. Ken

I did find the Nelson site. Also I've found air from Lax for $521.00 RT It's only good on certain dates in Feb.
I"m tempted.
