Besides, shark/ray feeding excursions, what are the best water-related activities at Le Taha'a to consider? Does anyone know if you can rent jet skis there or small private boats? What are our options for fishing? My hubby-to-be thinks he's an angler.

I would not recommend the shark/ray feeding in Tahaa. If you have a chance to do that type of excursion on another island, I would go with that. I was pretty disappointed with the shark/ray feeding excursion. A few sharks showed up during the feeding session and only 1 ray. Additionally, the places they take you for snorkeling were laughable compared to the snorkeling in Moorea or Bora Bora.
Can't help much with the other water activities as we spent most of our time in the beautiful bungalow and resort.

We were on a cruise just this November 06 and went on a Fantastic snorkel excursion with Bruno called l'excursion bleue web page; http://www.tahaa.net
Check out the web site. The coral garden, fish, etc. were the best of all of the islands that we stopped at and that's saying something.
