Carole, we stayed at the BC on Tahiti and really enjoyed it. We stayed at the Moorea BC first for 6 days and then 5 days on Tahiti, we wanted the layed back romantic "moorea" feel, and the "real" Tahiti feel, so that's why we did that, next time I might reverse the stay but needless to say we loved it! We did not stay in an OWB on Tahiti, as we did that on Moorea, but the pools at Tahiti BC are not to be missed and the over water restaurant (can't renember the name of it) was very good and romantic. Great views of Moorea, and the people practicing on the outriggers was very cool! We ate at the roulottes the three other nights. Obviously we really enjoyed them! Such a variety and very lively! People were very friendly! The crepes were awesome! The first night we took a cab to get there, then we found out about the Le truck, and that's how we got around the rest of the time, it only cost I believe .50-$1.00 to get around by Le truck and it was fun and "Tahitian!" The market is also not to be missed if you can do that. We also took and inner island safari which was an awesome and beautiful way to see the island that most don't get the time or make the time to see! We even swam in a fresh water waterfall! Very refreshing and romantic! Anyway, goodluck, and get out and see the real Tahiti, and have fun!
