Excursions available in Tahiti on Sundays?

It looks like we'll be in Tahiti for a full day on a Sunday. I know the market and most of the shops are closed. How about booking a 4X4 safari? Does anyone know if this excursion (or any others) are offered on Sundays? Thanks for any help.

The market is open and its the best day of the week to go.
It opens very early in the morning 5:00 to 5:30 AM. Not all of the
sidewalk vendors or the upstairs shops are open that sell
gift items but its the day for all of the farmers who sell produce and fishermen who sell fish. It's a human zoo.
The best Chinese resturant is also open Dragon de Or. If you decide to go call for reservations. I don't know about a 4x4 safari but you could always rent a car and drive around the entire island.
