We're reserved at Le Taha'a (requesting #41) for April 15-21, and with all the recent chatter in this forum about their renovation delays, have been trying desperately to get some updated info from the resort - but our numerous e-mails over the past several months have gone unanswered. Have sent mail to both "contact us" addresses listed on their website, and made sure our PC's mail filters weren't blocking them.. but still nothing. We are more than a bit frustrated and nervous at this point. NYCChic (she's at LT this week) had mentioned she's had no similar problems, but did not share the address she was using to contact them. Does anyone else have reliable info we can use? Next move is to spend the $$ to phone them direct, I guess.. Thanks for any help, everyone!

I have two suggestions. First, I received an e-mail directly from the hotel at this address: maraea.temauri@spmhotels.pf. I also had correspondance with the Pearl representative in LA. He was evry helpful. His e-mail is: kahi.arnaud@spmhotels.pf and his local (CA) number is: 310 709 1527

Justine, I had been using the "contact us" address (infos@letahaa.com)found on the Le Taha'a web page (www.letahaa.com), plus have been in touch in the past (but no contact from her since with late December) with carine.keck@spmhotels.pf. Seattle2, I actually e-mailed kahi.arnaud a few weeks ago, but got no response there either.. I'm beginning to wonder if I've been "black-listed" or something!.. :-(

Just wanted to know where you got the address- no point in replicating bad information. You might try the Relias and Chateaux organization. They might know something.

No biggie, J2.. thanks to all for the info. As it turns out, filters on my PC's were blocking communications. I ended up calling the resort last evening, and they were very courteous and helpful. Only bummer is, the premium sunset-view OWB we had requested will likely not be ready before our arrival due to the ongoing renovations, so they moved us into the premium BB-view OWB instead.. we can certainly live with that!
