Hi All
Planning my honeymoon for Tahiti for october. Can anyone help out. Should i go to any other islands, as i hear its quite romantic in the south pacific.
As I am stump. Looking for some rest as well as nightlife, or any excursions if any. Any one have anything in mind, as well as where to stay for about 8 to 10 days.

Steve67: I assume you mean that you plan to go to the main island of Tahiti??? Yes, you should visit some of the other islands. I wouldn't focus my honeymoon on Tahiti Island (Pape'ete), while nice, may not be what you have in mind of a South Pacific honeymoon. Many honeymooners visit the outer islands of Bora Bora, Mo'orea, Taha'a, and Huahine, and the atolls of Tikehau, Manihi, and Rangiroa. Don't go to the French Polynesia for nightlife as it may not live up to your expectations. It's rather quiet in the evenings as there are few night club-type places. Things shut down early unless you are in Pape'ete, where nightlife goes pass 10 pm. I'd recommend Mo'orea and Bora Bora on a first trip to FP.
