I hope the info works for you Jacky. I can tell you, however, that the sites to find people in the US are not much good. I was trying to find a person and the only ones that I found were accurate are Lycos and www.daplus.us The rest of them appear good until they tell you that you have to pay. These 2 at least give you a start for free and the daplus.us has actual addresses and phone numbers listed without paying. I even paid for a site once and it was so inaccurate and such a rip off. I would not pay for info on people finding on the internet. I am very serious. If this info does not work for you, you may have to take an international trip to get your info. I had a lot more info to go on with the person I was looking for including a social security number, and still I did not get accurate info until the Lycos and daplus.us sites. But at that I point, I was just checking to see if they reinforced the information that I had. So good luck.

Jacky, the Mormon Church (or Church of Later Day Saints) is very interested in geneology research around the world. If they have a church near your local area you might want to contact them for assistance.
This church also has a free (I believe) website that is supposedly very good. http://www.familysearch.org/
