Holte good point but $600 a night is more than I paid to stay a night at the Sofitel Motu in the off season.

I saw these villas from the entrance to the Intercontinental. They must have a phenomenal view from up top. A good part of the villa are supported by stilts. My concern would the stability of the mountain sides from erosion. I am assuming some geologist and structural engineers has figured it out.
They did look nice though.
