I have a timeshare at Club Bali Hai and they have washers and dryers there. Not sure if any are available around the islands.
What I would suggest though....bring very light weight, easy to wash, quick to dry clothes...bring some small packets of liquid soap to wash things out in your sink. Tide makes some in little travel size 3-packs of liquid, and a small 8-12 ounce plastic jug. Also throw a couple of plastic clothers hangers in your luggage. Most rooms have a clothes line in the shower/bath. Wash things out as necessary, do the towel stomp to get them partially dry, and then either put them on hangers out in the sun to dry or hang them on the clothes line in the shower. This is what I do when staying on the other islands. Works out great and makes it easy to only have to pack 4-5 days worth of clothes. I hate packing lots of clothes, so this works out great for us.
