BTW if you google earth BB, at the Eastern side on the motu's you'll see from bottom to top the Thalasso, Meridien, St Regis (like a 3 point star) and just above StR the 2 "Y's upside down" of the FS, the pres owb with pool are at the end of the Y's . It will give you an idea of their location. Mount Otemanu is actually "flat-like " so the view differs from each location, at StR you'll see the top mountain part in profile, whereas at the FS you'll see the top and widest part in full giving a total different perspective

Poehere...thank you! just looked at the map and you are right they are very close. 10m2 is a good size, the balconies must be huge.

Yes, it is my first time to FP and still deciding about the itinerary.

Well they have not been "sold" but some have been already committed. The biggest problem is they still have not figured out how to "sell" these. Since ownership of land is not allowed they are setting it up as a "club" with high membership. This has caused some problems with the big money guys since they want to own with title. Since the government has gone back and forth they can not get anything approved as how to set up the issue of ownership.

"trial" opening July, official opening end of year (October), things are getting slowly into place, construction is just about finished, final touches. Lot of staff already cleaning and preparing various departments/working areas. One really fantastic thing is that the gardeners are not allowed to use any mechanical tools to cut grass and so on to avoid disturbing future guests! They're paying enormous amount of attention to very small details. Very very professional and the'll probably outdo any other resort in terms of service and quality.

looks to me as if the report was written by JL aka Meherio himself...

any case the FS is absolutely beautiful, my favorite spot is the spa

Meherio didnt write this but I do know where the picture of him on the plane was taken. I think the guy who wrote this is an actual client of his.
