Hi Everyone, I have not found any posts on this question. Should we spend the extra money and get a deluxe beach bungalow or stay in the garden (where road noise may be a problem)? Will beach foot traffic and loss of privacy be an issue in July for beach bungalows? Thank you for all the guidance.

Depends on what you want spend your money on. If you are standing facing the water at the Sofitel, choose a garden bungalow to the left, maybe like 600 and it will be away from the road. Are you using a travel agent? Your agent should know exactly the situation of where the bungalows are located. There are many garden bungalows located in pretty good situations. If you want to save money for other things like more excursions or dinners. Go on the sofitel website and get their card. I'm not sure what it's good for anymore, but it's free so you might as well get it. It used to be good for early and late check out plus points accumulation

Thank you holte. No TA. I appreciate the advice, especially about the bungalow placement. I do have a Sofitel card which I hope to use for late check out.
