Ok, look on a map at the middle arm of the bungalows....not at home at the moment so don't have full access to a computer or I would tell you where to access a map of Sheraton Moorea. Submarine had one at his website if there is not one readily "Googled".....anyway, check out #87...somewhere around there........more privacy and still with a sunset view.

I agree with Vaitape with respect to 109. It's right next to the end of the pier and lacks some privacy. Still, if you have the cash and you are able to get 109, why not? I do think the views from the odd numbered rooms facing the sunset have spectacular view. We've had rooms both Horizon and standard OWBs, and enjoyed ourselves equally - but then, we spent less time in our room and more time snorkeling and touring the island.

We stayed in number 87 which is a bit further out than the 108-109 line, and the only one that is centered at the end portion of the run of OWB's. We loved it. Got both sunrises and sunsets. Check out this very website' s info on the Sheraton and there's a picture in among the site photos of the room layout. http://www.tahitiexplorer.com/frames/moorea-index.html
#87 beats all.

Request your bungalow. If you don't get it, I'll bet you'll still be happy with whatever your get. We requested specific rooms on the end, we didn't get it, and we loved every minute on the deck of our bungalow with a north view of the reef and the mountains to the east.

We're at the sheraton now. Here to tell you that #87 is the best. #45 for garden is great. Stayed in #72 this week and it's good too.
