I'm going to be staying at the Moorea Pearl for 6 nights at the end of May (woo hoo, only two weeks away!!!). A few months ago, I sent an email through the Pearl Resorts website asking about a specific bungalow request (the same one we had on our honeymoon), and the person who replied had an email address of "smphotels.pf". I'm not sure if this is someone in a corporate office or someone who actually works in Moorea at the resort. I was hopeful that I would be able to correspond with someone who is actually at the resort.
Does anyone have an email address for the Moorea Pearl, such as the manager's or the main front desk person? Thanks so much!

An email address ending with "@mail.pf" originates in French Polynesia, so it's likely you are emailing someone actually at the resort.

Please send me your email address as Manuel of the Moorea Pearl will be emailing me for it so he can answer your post.

This is the message I got from Jacques our wonderful caretaker
Emmanuel Cadei of the Pearl Resort just informed me that he went on tahiti explorer and answered directly the person in question.

Thanks so much everyone. I'm so grateful for everyone's help on these boards. I've learned so much from all of you.
I've written to Emmanuel, and he has responded! I used it as an opportunity to also ask for a reservation at the gourmet restaurant there. I'm there from May 24 through May 30, and then off to Le Taha'a for another 8 nights, so I won't be there on June 1. Sorry I going to miss you vaitape! I'll be sure to post a trip report with pictures when I get back!
