godx, one piece of advice, whichever resort you book, make sure they'll include the airport transfer in your rate. THey are both located on a motu and therefor offer private transfer to and from airport (there is no way you can get there otherwise) Lots of St Regis guests have found an unpleasant surprise on their bill at check out, namely a us$80 or equivalent billed roundtrip transfer p.p.!

Hi guys...
While I have been avid reader for many years (read "lurker") I finally figured I might have had something to share.
My wife and I booked in an OTW Bungalow at the Four Seasons from November 22, 2008, through to November 30, 2008.
Some information:
1. The booking is easy through the FS website, but Tahiti Travel has received agreements to gain upgrades, if available, during your stay.
2. The Four Seasons charges 6500 XPF to do the airport transfer on their yacht.
3. The OTW Bungalow is now running 86,000 FPX per night for a beach view OTW with the fifth night free.
Here is some of the information they provide upon booking:
POLICIES
Check-in Time 2:00 pm. Please note that early check in are based upon availability. Should you wish to gain access to your room earlier, may we suggest that you reserve the room one night prior to arrival. Check-out Time 11:00 am. Please note that late check out are as well based upon availability. Deposit & Cancellation 2 nights will be charged upon reservation. Should you wish to change or cancel your reservation, kindly notify us at least 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that if a change or cancellation is received less than 30 days from your arrival, the deposit will be forfeit. Full deposit is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Resort Dining Our Restaurant, “Tere Nui” offers a casual, relaxed environment for breakfast and dinner daily, with modern Polynesian cuisine with French culinary influence. Our Restaurant “Arii Moana” is serving seafood delicacies with lagoon views of Mt. Otemanu and Mt. Pahia, for dinner only. Our Beach Bar, “Faré Hoa” offers to relax in the shade of the thatch roof, and enjoy everything from casual lunch fare to tropical hand crafted cocktails and snacks. The Sunset Bar is the premier location for evening cocktails and the best place in all French Polynesia to watch the glorious sunsets. Our Exclusive Destination Spa On the edge of the Pacific Ocean, the spa allows guests to connect with nature and explore their physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Open daily, a healing blend of techniques and rituals are offered in seven luxuriously appointed indoor, air- conditioned treatment rooms – three designed exclusively for couples – and two secluded thatched outdoor pavilions. Guests also enjoy steam rooms, an ice room and a mineral whirlpool. An outdoor terrace provides a tranquil spot for relaxation between or after treatments. For even more pampering, the beauty salon offers a wide range of manicure, pedicure and hair-care service. Resort Activities All ages will be able to learn and experience Polynesian culture and ancestral customs through games, crafts and mock Polynesian ceremonies as well as traditional sports like outrigger canoe racing and Tahitian spear fishing. The resort will offer a limitless choice of activities like scuba diving, snorkeling, trekking, sailing, wind and kite surfing, fishing and boat tours. Whether traveling with your family or your partner, both young and old are ensured to enjoy a wonderful vacation on this island of unsurpassed beauty. Activities for Younger Guests Just north of our Lagoon Pool, the children’s pool is conveniently located nearby the Kids For All Seasons activity center. Off the inner lagoon and near the resort’s tennis courts, you’ll discover our Chill Island and Activity Center.
Hope this provides some information.
