Does anyone know if they have the same deal as the Air Moorea package where you buy a voucher for taxi transfer in Moorea on the Ferry Boats?

Andy, No. The 600 CPF vouchers are only good for transport from the airport, and can only be purchased at the Air Moorea check-in at Papeete. But you can arrange a similar deal with the same company that does the transports, by calling them to arrange a reservation for a pickup: It's EIMEO NUI TOURS (Mate & Loulou) at 56-12-48. If you email your details, I can make the call from here for your reservation, through a friend who speaks French!

Are there taxi's that will take you from the dock to hotels or should we contact the hotel for transportation?

You can pre-arrange transportation through your TA (get a voucher) or do it your self. There are usually taxi's waiting but most are reserved, so better to do it in advance, or you can ask at the ferry desk if they'll call one for you.
SOme of companies that do transfers:
www.mooreatransport.com they do a lot of transferts (as well as excursions) or Torea Nui transport enttoreanui@mail.pf (no website) or ALbert transport www.albert-transport.net
Just a hint, when booking a transfer they will charge you a fee p.p. it may be cheaper to get a taxi, depending on where you are going (especially if you're 5 pax) and make sure you agree on the price with the taxi driver before taking off, they have no meters
