Top Five (Tropical) Island Dinners?

OK Hi - I can't seem to stop obsessing about this trip coming up so as long as I keep doing research here's one more question for all you knowledgeable folks if you can stand it:
What would you say are your top five restaurants in all of FP?
(I know that is a loaded gun of a question but why not - some restaurant discussion is covered in old posts but I don't see a top five survey . . .)
For our purposes: this doesn't necessarily mean the most expensive (although it probably does) - it means the best five dining experiences according to you (and while this could include les roulottes in FP, unless you want to say which truck and where and what and why let's agree that that is not specific enough).
Just like when you play desert island discs (where you pick the top five record albums you'd want to be stranded with) - it isn't fun unless we get to hear different opinions. You know: to each according to his/her taste. :-)
I have mine but I really want to hear yours first!

I love the rolouttes in Fare in Huahine-sorry can't specify. Having fresh caught poisson brochettes cooked right there on the water- an experience that can't be matched. And breakfast at the Chez Guynette-again an experience that can't be matched. Alas, the Guynette has been sold and breakfast can't be counted upon anymore. Then there is Chez Tara and the Relais Mahana. The view is so fabulous and the food is great as well. Eating our French bread sandwiches with avocado spread we make ourselves and cucumbers and tomatoes on our snorkeling trips is fabulous as well.

Hi - fresh and simply grilled fish is a winner no matter where you are, no doubt about it (it really doesn't hurt to be in FP though, does it?) ;-) Let me suggest that Chez Guynette goes in the category with TopDive Bora Bora - "gone but not forgotten" - like the days before friggin' plasma TV's (who comes here to have a hotel room that looks like Vegas?) I agree with having anything on a fresh baguette - all senses are just so much sharper after diving or snorkeling aren't they? Thank you holte - I will research Chez Tara and find out where it is. Does anyone know if the Casablanca in Papeete is still doing couscous?

Here is my list for now - hopefully it will be revised after my upcoming trip.
Le Bateau - now gone :( Les Nouveaux Mondes - Also gone :( Top Dive - in 2004 NOT 2007 - gone Kaina Hut - glad to hear that Gilles is back Papeete Roulottes - Had to include this although I can't for the life of me remember the name of the stands I've eaten at.

I loved the vanilla mahi mahi at Te Honu Iti in Moorea in 2003. We had a table overlooking the water & watched them feed the fish & rays that swam up.
Budget--La Bounty on Bora Bora was good for a budget restaurant. Bloody Marys was an experience (go once, maybe for lunch...no need to return for the food).
I also had a really good Asian plate at Le Maitai on Bora Bora. Hubby had local-grown hamburger there (it was a bit gamey).
Raimiti--everything they make, especially the fish in pink peppercorn sauce!

Although others rave, I was not impressed by Coco's or Te Honu Iti - both were ok imo but not great.

On Moorea:
Le Mayflower -- has never disappointed! (We are eating there tonight for our last dinner here)
Le Motu Snack/Creperie -- best double cheeseburgers in FP. friendly wait staff, and oh! Those crepes!
Aito's -- a fun place to eat, especially for a get-together with several folks
Snack Manuia, at PK 18 -- Fresh cooked-to-order Chinese and seafood dishes at the most reasonable prices around
Chickenman! (Royal Chicken rotisserie roulotte) -- now new owners so it's not as good as it was when Alain was the proprietor.
