About the barking dogs and noise of roosters. I usually sleep with ear plugs when I stay in certain parts of Hawaii that have the same problems. The ear plugs block out just enough of the animal noises to where I can fall asleep and not be awakened in the early hours of the morning. Worth a try if you can get used to ear plugs and the sound of hearing your heart beat.

i personally use empty Hinano bottles for ear plugs ^^^^^^^FP4LIFE^^^^^^^
