Bora Bora Cruises
TahitiTravel offers excellent deals for cruising the magnificent lagoons of French Polynesia.
We highly recommend the Bora Bora Cruises for luxurious intimacy (actually a v.good value compared to the cost of a stay at a 5 star resort) or the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Paul Gaugin for a deluxe but more traditional cruise experience.
Check our Cruises page for more information

I had a scooter accident in Moorea on my first trip and would vote against the scooter rentals - at least on Moorea and Tahiti. A lot of sand on the roads, cars fly by, dogs chase you and the concrete drainage ditches along the sides of the road are a problem if you happen to skid. I was taken to the hospital and was pretty beat up for a few days. Despite feeling like I had cracked some ribs, they never even took any x-rays for me. The billing girl had gone home for the day so at least I didn't get charged (except for the scooter - lol). The accident left me in bed for the day and kept me out of the water for 4 days since my leg was chewed up pretty bad. I've gone shark feeding a few times and would gladly go again but I'll stick to cars in FP.
