HI,

I am going on my Honeymoon in to Moorea, and was hoping that someone out there has some info on Swimming with Dolphins and horse riding in Moorea. Is it really expensive to buy once your there or cheaper? I am in Australia, and I can't seem to pre purchase these activities.

Any info would be great.
Thank you :)

The Intercontinental on Moorea has a swim with the dolphins at their property. We've not been there for several years so I don't know the cost. Their website may have more detailed information.

For a dolphin watching excursion, check out www.dolphinlagoonarium.com. Four hour lagoon tour, 7000CFP per person, including refreshments.

The Moorea Intercontinental has the Moorea Dolphin Center, if you want to get in the water with dolphins in an enclosed captivity environment.

For horseback riding, contact Opunohu Valley Ranch, telephone (689) 56-28-55. They offer a 2-hour guided excursion, morning or afternoon, closed Sunday and Monday. Jan Prince's guide quotes their price as 5500 CFP per person if booked directly or up to as much as 8250 CFP if booked through your resort.

Thanks so much. Think we will do the horse riding, but may have to skip the dolphins as it seems to be way too expensive!
Thanks again :)
