I'm sure everyone is aware by now that the Paul Gauguin will be leaving Regent Seven Seas Cruise Line after December 2009.
The Paul Gauguin won't be leaving the area. Suppose to be on it's own.

Bora Bora Cruises
TahitiTravel offers excellent deals for cruising the magnificent lagoons of French Polynesia.
We highly recommend the Bora Bora Cruises for luxurious intimacy (actually a v.good value compared to the cost of a stay at a 5 star resort) or the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Paul Gaugin for a deluxe but more traditional cruise experience.
Check our Cruises page for more information

It will be managed and run by Grand Circle who had leased the hotel management to Regent. It will be interesting to see if the quality is maintained.

It should be OK. Grand Cirlce is one of the largest tour operators in the US. It will not be as prestiges as the Regent line, but I dont think the quality will go down to the Princess level. Probably will see more local workers onboard thou

Be interesting to see if they continue the all inclusive policy.
Our TA has said that the new company seems like they will be easy to work with and will be kind to all past Regent clients.
