Loc: Munich, Germany 		Hi we will be at the IC Thalasso from December 20th and are now wondering if it is possible to walk to the St.Regis or the Le Meridien from the IC Thalasso as they are all next to each other or is it only possible to get there by boat?

Loc: Wollongong, Australia 		I'm guessing Alohasteffi's is well and truly back in Germany by now since she was going to stay from Dec 20th - but regarding her question you can actually walk along the ocean side from Thalasso to Le Meridien (there are a couple of private residences on the lagoon side though). Not sure about St Regis though as it looks like there are a few small motus in between LM and St Regis

Loc: USA 		Good to know. It looked very much like you could walk from Thalasso to Le Meridien along the ocean side when I look on Google Earth (which has suprisingly good resolution of BB BTW). It looks from Google Earth like there are a choice of about 3 bridges to cross the small streams of water that might run through.

At least I'm hoping this is the case since I'll be staying at both hotels and don't want to have to pay transfer/boat fees for each hotel!! I was planning on walking from one to the other.

Loc: USA 		BTW, the St Regis is definitely quite a bit farther from Thalasso than LM, so I could certainly see it not being possible to get from Thalasso to St Regis except by boat, but LM is less than 1/4 mile from Thalasso according to Google Earth.
