Day trip to Maupiti

Hello... I have been to Maupiti before but only by air and want to go back.
Is it possible to do a day trip from Bora Bora on a boat leaving in the morning and returning the same evening? I have heard that the boat sometimes gets stuck. I will be there in June and I will be flying on an airpass but cannot squeeze Maupiti in because of the time.

Maupiti Express not sure on the schedule wont get stuck but rough waters sometimes welcome to da board of paradise (((((((FP4LIFE((((((

Maupiti Express is the ferry between BB and Maupiti, and a day trip is possible, but the waters are rough, and it's sometimes a very seasick ride!
