Phone: You have to dial the "VINI" (cell) phone, they hardly ever pick up a fixed phone here as people are more often outside than inside (vini # start with a 7, 2 or 3)
Email: email correspondence here is not yet a daily practice for a lot of people here so replies may take a long time if already they'll reply
