Hello,
My fiance are interested in staying for 7 nights in an OWB at the Hilton in Moorea. It is our honeymoon and are really just interested in relaxing, but with a few day trips. We are wondering if 7 nights may be too long. Again, we just want to do nothing, but I also don't my fiance to get bored!
Thoughts on this and the Hilton OWB's would be most appreaciated.
Thank you!

Personally I don't think 7 days is too long. But some others might. It depends on how much activity you normally like. If you truly just want to kick back and relax and unwind, then 7 days will be great. There is enough to do on Moorea to occupy some of your time and still leave you plenty of time to relax.
I have never been to Moorea for less than 7 days. I think it is a perfect amount of time to spend there.

We stayed at this hotel when it was the Sheraton, for 10 nights and loved it. We rented a car for a couple of days, drove around the island, visiting smaller restaurants that didn't do pick ups at the hotel, and seeing small shops on the other side of the island. Hubby is a diver, so he spent many days diving, and I lived on our deck over the water. We loved the OWB, and loved having the ability to snorkel from our deck. For us it was a perfect retreat. It was our 10th anniversary, and was one of the best trips and best locations we have ever been to.

I can't imagine getting bored in 7 days on Moorea. IMO there is plenty to see and do. I know after planning and hosting our wedding, my husband and I needed a few days of "doing nothing" to recover, so an OWB would be delightful! We have only been to Moorea for less than 7 days 1 time out of 4, and that was on our first trip.

We did 4 nights in Moorea. We had arrived at 7pm so the first night was already a complete wash. And the remainder of your trip was a pretty crunched schedule. We were doing a half-day excursion each day. That did not leave us much time to kick back and relax.
There's plenty to do/see in Moorea. Spread your activities over the seven days and you'll be fine. Plus relaxing doesn't cost you anything.

7 nights is perfect. This resort is very pretty and I like the location. We've stayed here twice (OWBs both times) and will do so again when we return. Plenty of kick-back island things to do but only if you feel the need to. I wish I were in your shoes (and OWB).

We stayed there for a week 3 years ago and loved it. You cannot get bored on Mo'orea. We just returned 2 days ago from our 2nd trip to FP. We didn't stay at the Hilton this time, but we stopped to visit and it's as pretty as we remembered. It's a good choice and the snorkling off the owb is wonderful. Enjoy your stay.
