...to be home :0( !!
Just got back yesterday after almost 5 weeks of pure bliss! I'll be working on a trip report and organize the pictures (probably about 2000...) within the next few days, but work will get in my way...:0(
(Rangiroa, Fakarava, BB, Mo'orea and New Zealand)
I met Carrie and her husband at Raimiti, great people! - Carrie, I must say that although the weather was crazy while you were there, it got a lot better...The wind finally turned and came from the ocean side to the lagoon was like a mirror...There was only 6 of us during our stay after you left. Four of us left Saturday and only the French couple (the more reserved one) was staying to the following Tuesday so they had the place to themselves...lucky them!
Stay tuned for pics and report!! Planning 3rd trip?? You bet...Nana!

Andie~ Glad to hear you are back and had a great time. Looking for ward to your pictures and trip report.
Like I told Carrie...I can't imagine being at Raimiti with 20 people! OMG! Way too many people! We were lucky enough to be the only ones there for most of our stay.
Hurry hurry...with your report! :-)

Welcome back! It was great to meet you and your husband. And I'm so jealous that you got the Raimiti experience that everyone talks about! Did you snorkel in front of the resort? That was the one thing I really wanted to do, but wasn't able to because of the weather.
How did the tour go on Bora Bora with Josie and Max?
I can't wait to see your pictures and trip report!

Hey Carrie! We did snorkel right off our bungalow...it was so calm..I thought about you, seriously! You'll just have to go back! We're weeding through our pics. Like you, we have a ton!
We did meet Josée and Max in BB. Great couple! We exchanged emails so we can send them some pics and they'll do the same. That tour was just awsome...As is was the day of my birthday, Patrick had made arrangements for a cake and surprised me with it on the motu picnic, complete with Moët & Chandon Champagne!
I had a look at your pictures and it's so fun to look at pictures where you can actually recognize the site and the people in it!!
On our way back home, we had a few hours to kill in LA, so we took a bus to Santa Monica and Venice Beach. Had a shrimp snack at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. on the Santa Monica Pier!
Want to see more pics and your report!! Let's keep in touch!

Counting down the days - already booked (although flights may change - AGAIN!) Looking forward to the Hammerheads in Tikehau and Manihi. And more ink at BB. Can't wait to get into our lagoon again!!!!!
