Does anybody have the real recipe for Posin Cru as the make it in Tahiti please ... I lost mine :( Thanks so much for posting

Hi Hamara thanks for posting link .... did they really put tomatoes in it in Tahiti? seen so many recipes online which don't look right - I was back there 2003 and lost my recipe :(

This recipe is from one of our Tahitian friends

Slice lean fish (not chunks) RINSE WELL place in a shallow
glass bowl--sprinkle with kosher salt and cover with lime juice
Marinate in Fridge 2-6 hours Drain
CHOP (just before serving)
onion
bell pepper
tomato (seeded)
cucumber
carrot (shredded)
minced garlic and ginger
Garnish with parsley and sliced or finely minced hard boiled egg
Top with coconut milk or homemade vinegrette

I had poisson cru last night, made by my best Tahitian friend -- yummy! And yes, it had tomatoes, diced, but no hard-boiled egg. She also cuts the tuna in about 1" chunks.
