I emailed Air Moorea asking about the not full flights and how it would affect my specific flight times. Here is their answer. Interestingly, the response comes from Air Archipels. I included the contact info in case anyone needs it.
Thanks for your email and for your concerns.
For the moment your flights are good and most of the latest flight are fully
booked.
People prefer staying on the island till late.
We will advise if there is any modifications.

DJ it's actually all one big happy family Air Tahiti, Air Moorea and Air Archipels, AM is redoing their website, should take couple of weeks before they're back online

Poehere, I thought they were all related one way or another. Have you heard why the Air Moorea website isn't available anymore? Maybe they didn't pay their Domain Name provider or ISP bill??

Too late to let Joan know, but this Saturday (today) is a holiday; no Hinano sold after 10 a.m. Some markets will sell beer on Sunday until 10 a.m. (those that are open), and we've always been able to buy Hinano cans at the snack bar on arrival at the airport (to nourish us through the first night)-- :-)

This is from Rava at Air Moorea regarding our December reservations
