Hi Jim, you will probably get a lot out of the Un-official Tahiti List - check out the link below

Is there anything better than a sipping a Tahitian Mai Tai on an Overwater Bungalow in FP?

We just returned from Bora Bora last week & really enjoyed our meal at the Bora Bora Yacht Club. The Mahi Mahi in a vanilla cream sauce was amazing! Bon appetite!

Glad you enjoyed, Teiva has really done a great job and blown some fresh winds through the Yachtclub. Splendid place to watch the sunset behind motu Tapu as well!

JIM the Kaina hut is good value and has a very nice menu or the Fare Manuia (next to entrance to the Moana Beachcomber) pretty good too, both offer French menu with some local (fish) dishes and good wine selection as well.
Le Bounty is not too bad either, simple no fuss kind of place (Matira area)
