Loc: FP 		Ohh thanks for taking me back on memory lane Peter... having spent some years studying at the HK University I have "fond" memories not only of the typhoons but eating grilled seaweed in Wan Chai, delicious!

These winds are the "maaramu" (coming from South East from July-Sept with winds going up to 30 knots) although a little out of character this year...

Loc: Kalama Valley, HI 		The other little store along Matira Beach used to be called Boutique Fareani. Not sure if the name changed in the past several years. Delicious ice creams.

Loc: Mesa, AZ 		The mara'amu winds have been particularly strong on Moorea too the past few weeks. They arrived a bit late this year, I was told. If your room faces southeast, they will be the strongest. The temps in low 70s even made our Monoi oil solidify, unusual in FP!
