Bora Bora Cruises
TahitiTravel offers excellent deals for cruising the magnificent lagoons of French Polynesia.
We highly recommend the Bora Bora Cruises for luxurious intimacy (actually a v.good value compared to the cost of a stay at a 5 star resort) or the Regent Seven Seas Cruises Paul Gaugin for a deluxe but more traditional cruise experience.
Check our Cruises page for more information

The cruise experience remains excellent and all reports indicate that the quality is the same or better. Check out cruisecritic.com and there are reports about the new owner.

we are scheduled for our 5th cruise on the PG to New Zealand in November.

Hi Jim in MT! :o)

I'm not familiar with cruise ships, but I have read quite a bit about Paul Gauguin FP cruises over at the website 'cruise critic' --> cruise critic

I was reading about the Paul Gauguin somewhere, I wound up over at that website. It's kind of a trip to read because so many of the people there go on cruises ALL THE TIME.. :-O Wow.. are some of the people over there fussy about the cruises they go on.

Seems like that ship (Paul Gauguin) was much more laid-back and less hoity-toity than what a lot of those perpetual cruisers over there are accustomed to. Looks like a major kick! :o)

If you go ~~ drop back by and let everyone know how it went!

I only discovered this place a couple days ago and I can't seem to get anyone to respond for some reason.. :o( Kind of a bummer..

BTW- I live in Anchorage, Alaska right now, but am from Bigfork. :O)

I was with a group of 10 that did the Paul Gauguin
02/14/2003 and it was fantastic!!
I was on the Regent Seven Seas Mariner 12/19/07 when we stopped in Moorea next to the PG. We were allowed to go on board so I got to see some of the changes made to the ship. That was neat.
I am curious what everyone is thinking now that the PG has changed ownership. Heard positive things.
Check out www.luxurycruisetalk.com Another wonderful site which talks about Regent and cruises to Tahiti.
