Part 3
Squeeze lemons all over, (lemon juice will sort of "cook" the fish hence the white color and will cook the other "gifts of nature") add some olive oil, garlic and/or fresh ginger, some french bread and a glas of cold rosé or white wine and ENJOY! Tama'a Maita'i!

Poehere, you can come to my house and cook (or prepare) anytime you want!! That's a beautiful meal. Wish I was there.

OMG...this woman is incredible! Catches, prepares (can't really say "cooks" can I because everything is au natural!), presents, and serves South Pacific delicacies...and then photographs the entire experience!
Is there a cookbook on the horizon..........LOL! Perhaps a South Pacific Miss Manners book for proper etiquette and decorum....ROFL.
Seriously, what a feast Poehere....your great photos really showcase the delicacies. Thanks for sharing.

hihihii kind of hard taking the ingredients over DJ and islandboyatheart we eat this any time of the day... depending on the tide as it is best eaten fresh, Eperera it is great vitamine wise and great way to get riddance of a Hinano tummy... Vaitape, not a cookbook but I have some other recepies (especially desserts) if anyone is interested... (spice up the board a little huh)
