In Papeete Fare Suisse would be a great place to stay. On Moorea Les Tipaniers by far as it has two very good restaurants

Hi everyone.
I was surprised to see that this thread "woke up" again. Our trip is getting closer! (Mid-May)
In case anyone is interested, we settled on: Fare Suisse for Tahiti, Fare Miti for Mo'orea, Chez Nono for Bora Bora, and Chez Guynette for Huahine. We're very excited about it! (Someone posted about not hearing back from Chez Nono for a long time. That was our experience, too, but finally we did make a connection. At least, I think we have . . . .)
I will probably post more questions as we get closer, but in the meantime I have been lurking to learn what I can from others! Thanks for everyone's input. It was invaluable when we were at the (earlier) planning stage.

Sounds like a nice trip you have planned. Please come back with a trip report. I love hearing about people's pension experiences.

Oh my favorite name again. LOL! For what ever reason every time I see your name, my brain sees Antipasto. LOL! Maybe 'cause I'm always thinking about food? Hmmm....LOL!

Oh, that sounds like a GREAT itinerary! We are at Fare Miti now, and you are going to love the nice new renovations they have done here. Some NZ folks here just returned from Chez Nono on BB too, and they loved it there!
