Yes, I walked each night. I'd say it took me about 10-15 minutes to walk leisurely from the Pearl. Some nights it took me longer...but that's because I'd stop and look at the land crabs. They did offer to drive me back to the Pearl, but the wind was blowing lightly and temperature was nice and cool...couldn't pass up a nice stroll after a good meal.

I'd guess Rudy's is probably twice the distance from the Pearl to the grocery store in town. At night as you pass the pearl shack on the mountain side of the road operated by a nice woman named Claudine, you can see Rudy's with their Christmas light flashing.

Thanks for the feedback. Since we don't mind the walk to Le Cocotier the other direction, we surely won't mind that distance.
