Is it not possible to PM users? Everyone I have tried to send one to, I have received the error message stating "This user is over their Private Topic limit."

For whatever reason the PM doesn't work on this site. I don't know why....but it never has. You pretty much have to just ask your question in here.

As Patti said, you have to either ask here, or if it's something personal, then you post your email address & ask the person to email you (as a fairly new poster, though, I'm not sure anyone would respond to you unless you explained why it's important to ask a question offline rather than here). The PM has never worked.

It doesn't need to work here, as we all know who each other is and we can contact each other whenever we feel like it! Go Tereva!!!!!!!!

Okay, well here is my question...
I am working on a project for a piece of artwork in our home that would incorporate currency from all the countries where my husband and I have been. Unfortunately, we did not keep any currency from our trip to FP.
I am looking to obtain one (bill) paper currency from FP and I wanted to see if any of you might be able to help me, or guide me to someone who could.
I would of course pay for the currency and the postage to ship it to me ... I am just not certain how to go about finding one. I have tried eBay, but the prices are quite ridiculous. I mean should money cost more than it's worth? :)
I know it sounds silly, but I am just not sure how go to go about it and figured you are all probably the most honest group I will find.

Believe it or not, that is NOT a silly question. And I am quite sure there are a number of people in her willing to help...and many will have exactly what you need sitting at their house right now.
Now, sadly, I am not one of those...becasue the FP bills I have are leaving on Friday with my Mom, who is going to Moorea for a week. But I am sure any number of others will be more than wliing to help you out.
Hang on...you'll have several offers by the end of the day.
And...that's a great idea!

If nobody else here from the US has some, I'll go look upstairs (I'm in Canada so shipping would be more than from a fellow American).

We're leaving in 5 weeks (from today) and are about to get some exchanged. If you haven't had any offers by the time we get Tereva (should be any day now) we'll gladly send Tereva to you with a paper note with her if you want to join the Tereva global tour.

Google Earth for Moorea: Who uses this fun "find it on Moorea" tool to locate their "Fav Locations" for the homes of friends we know? I want to locate the Fare Hamara and the home of travel writer "J.P." on Moorea.
This is pretty neat when we can look at their places as if we were flying Air Moorea on a sightseeing tour from the sky.
CHEERS!
