I found Tim Tams today!!! I actually found them at one of my local grocery stores! They had them on a special holiday cookie display. Woo Hoo! They had chocolate cream ones (the kind my daughter loves!) and some with caramel. I went to a couple international markets and couldn't find the....who would have thought I'd find them at my local market! LOL!

Wow, Patti, that's cool! Now you can just close your eyes while you eat one and pretend you're back in FP (I know they're from Australia, but we ate them in FP and they always bring back memories of there).

No way! They have them in FP too???
I was joking with Gary and Cathy because I've been trying to find them here in Vegas for an Australian themed tailgate party I'm having this weekend. It actually had nothing at all to do with FP. LOL! BUT...now that I know they have them there...I'll be eating some on my next trip!

LOL...I was sure you were talking about eating them in FP! Yes, we got them at the market near the Sofitel on Bora Bora and in Fare on Huahine. Yum!

Old Wife - do you know that we can get them here in Canada? I can find them almost anywhere now, even at the grocery store in Mont-Tremblant! We got hooked on them on our trip to Australia back in 1997. We have an Australian friend who used to have to ship them to me every year (and I had to hide them!).
My favourite is the Dark Chocolate ones...yummy!

Yes, they're in a few stores here. I'm trying to stay away from cookies so I don't search them out! And those Vachons are always calling to me, trying to tempt me (the Ah! Caramels are the worst for knowing my name, but the Flaky ones know me, too)!

We've always got Tim Tams, Mint Slices and Savoury Shapes (great for dips) here. Some of the things we all take for granted, eh?

when I go to Huahine I always try different cookies they have there. Never tried Tim Tams. I hope I don't start another addiction!
