Thanks guys. The one thing that did stand out for us on this trip was the amount of locals travelling on Air Tahiti. Maybe all the flights were full because it was so close to Christmas, but Air Tahiti don't seem to be struggling at all. Patti, Tikehau in those overwater suites was amazing and the diving just changes completely out in the atolls. We asked for OWS #45 but luckily got 47. 45 faces true west, but it would have been too hot this time of year. 47 is the one to ask for.

Thanks Patti. Already booked annual leave from work via phone (I still don't have to go back until February). Put the camera in for the insurance quote yesterday, so hopefully I'll have some photos soon. I also got a nice piece of video of a 4 metre wide manta swimming around me in Tikehau, so I'll have to U Tube that one.

Hi Gary & Cath...
We just got back yesterday and I'm feeling sick alrady :) FP FLU!! LOL...
It is cold and sooo much snow here in Edmonton - yikes!!! Thank god my dad shovelled the driveway for us or we wouldn't have been able to access the house :)
We are off to the Canadian Rockies for Christmas in a couple days so will organize photo's /trip report when we are back and yes, I did get that picture of you Gary kissing the stingray - looks like love at first sight :)
Will send shortly - Merry Christmas to you both!!!
