Hi there!
I am new to this forum and Im so glad I found it - its very helpful as Im planning my dream honeymoon vacation to Bora Bora.
We are looking at staying at the IC Thalasso and are trying to come up with an accurate budget of how much extra money we will need per day. We are going to get the breakfast and dinner meal plan so will only be buying lunch each day (probably not from the resort restaurants). Does anyone have any advice on this?
Also, does anyone know how much the spa treatments at Thalasso cost? I.e. for a couples massage etc?
Your help is greatly appreciated!
:-)

Hi Chantel, try emailing the Thalasso Spa at the following email address (and ask for the spa menu)
Email : deepoceanspa@mail.pf
We stayed at IC Thalasso in Nov 2007 and had lunch at one of the cafes near the IC Moana (which is where the shuttle drops you off). We had some time to kill before the return shuttle so had a burger and a Hinano there. I think it was around $20NZ.
Please email me direct at zod066@yahoo.com.au if you want to ask any specific questions.

Just a quick update but we paid roughly about 30,000xpf ($160~ each, $320~ total) for a custom massage (you can choose relaxing, tonic, detox and one other I think). We both did the relaxing massage. It was nice. Additionally, they allow you access to the spa grounds from the time you get there till closing. Most everything is saltwater too. There's the Deep Ocean Plunge (excruciatingly cold), saunas, this ocean jetstream walk thing where you walk through a 100 yard waist-high pool with jets of water shooting at your legs along the way. I guess it's relaxing... There's also a current/stationary swimming tub and normal hot tubs each blocked off by walls for some privacy. There's also a tea room with a variety of teas and water, and also relaxation room to sleep/read in. When walking into the spa there are fountains with plastic cups. I thought it was for drinking but upon taking a mouthful of the water, it was saltwater! Ughhh I don't know why they put cups out.
Anyway, pretty nice facility.
