This place is actually priced pretty well, for Bora that is. I believe it's overlooking the Sofitel Motu.

I can't see it (either you have to have an online membership to the Wall Street Journal or else it isn't available to be seen outside of the US.

I was able to see it, but it took a while to load up. The first time I got only a black screen. I clicked on "real estate" at the top of the WSJ page and eventually found my way too it.

It's only 11.5M, furniture included. Such a deal. Maybe if we all chip in, we won't need to renovate the old Club Med on Moorea. We'll just make it a time share.

Yes, Justine, definitely up on the hill behind Le Maitai and/or Sofitel Marara looking over towards Sofitel Motu - what a spectacular view!! Wonder how it went in the cyclone!!
DJ, for sure, would love to have it as a "holiday house" - I am purchasing the winning lotto ticket on Saturday!!
