The roulottes on place Vaiete set up as of 6 pm. there is a taxi stand across the boulevard (in front of Mana Rock Café. You could take le truck (except Sundays) to go to town but do get a taxi back to ensure you won't run late... Another good spot is les 3 Brasseurs, same area (near ferry docks), large menu, nice terrace and they serve all day long (the roulottes aren't allowed to set-up before 6 pm so food service will be after that only)
To get to the Carrefour mall from Sofitel or IC, just hang a right when coming out of the property and continue down the road
A nice spot to have a "last" sunset with cocktails and maybe even dinner is at the Marina Taina (yachtclub) , there are 2 pretty good resto's, La Casa Bianca (Italian) and Le Quai des îles (French, Antilles) both in the same area. You could take LeTruck to get there (appr. 15 minutes) and a taxi back

We are all friends here! I totally ditto what Poehere said about the routottes and/or Trois Brasseurs as options for your last evening before the flight.
