Hi Holte and DJ,
I'm still around and check in from time to time. My son and work take up most of my spare time now. I'm not able to take any far away trips yet so I can only dream of my next trip back to Tahiti - maybe in another year or 2. For now, I plan on spending some time in the Caribbean which is very close to home for us.

Report from Moorea: La Plantation is definitely open! We drove by last night (Saturday) and quite a few people were there. They now have occasional entertainment, not weekly like before.

Thanx Barbi for your report on the open Plantation restaurant. Can you tell me if the Tiki Village was open too ?
I can't seem to get a reply from the email I sent to them through their website...
