best OWB in Beachcomber Bora Bora?

Hi all,
new to the board, and have been finding lots of great info using search! but i can't find any suggestions regarding the best OWB in BC. i've looked at an overhead view and they all look nice. will prolly upgrade to a horizon. any suggestions? 1stly for view (sunrise and/or sunset) and 2ndly for immediate snorkeling.
fyi, i plan to stay in a beach bungalow at BC moorea. #310 - #314 look awesome. with 314 and 310 being my first choice.
