Torea Nui is one of the companies that provide the 700f (about $7.50 USD) transport per person each way. You can make a pickup res at the link Joe provided or by emailing them.

They will provide transport to/from both the Moorea ferry dock and the Moorea Airport, and you can also reserve your departure pickup from hotel back to ferry or airport.

A taxi from the Moorea Airport to your hotel will cost between $20 and $45 USD, depending on location (i.e., distance from airport). And they are usually not sitting there, waiting for incoming flights, so you might need to pre-arrange a taxi pickup. (Call Cecile or John at 77-57-56 for a taxi.)
